Raymond weill

This Raymond Weill will always have a lot of sentimental value to me. It was the watch I bought for my wedding. This whole hobby started with my wedding.

I needed a watch to wear with my new tuxedo. I only had an Apple watch and a Tissot T-Race chronograph sports-watch that was not appropriate for a tuxedo. Getting married without a watch was not an option, as a watch is an important accessory.

After weeks spent looking at watches online, on YouTube and after falling into the rabbit hole that is watch collecting, I found this one. I saw it in the window of a local watchmaker and checked it out. After doing some research online, I decided to go for it and bought the watch. I am very happy that I did. It suited me perfectly and although it is not a Jaeger-LeCoultre or Patek Philippe level of watch, it is still a beauitfully finished watch which fulfills its role as a dress-watch perfectly.
